If you need to cancel your booking you will lose your deposit and any other sums you have paid, unless you have booked a Flex property.

To cancel a booking you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. In accordance with our terms and conditions if you cancel you will lose your deposit and any other sums you have paid, including if you have paid the full balance.

You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance as soon as you have booked your villa to cover you in the event of a cancellation.

If you wish to make changes to your booking once it has been made we will decide at our sole discretion whether or not to allow such a change. Any request to make changes to an existing booking must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. Where a change in booking is not possible and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking, we will treat this as a cancellation by you.

In the unlikely event that we have to make any significant changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then either accept the changed arrangements, accept an offer of an alternative villa, or cancel your booking completely, in which case we will refund all monies paid by you.
