A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount is usually required to secure a booking.

Certain properties are available to book with fixed deposits of around $300 (for example, at the Encore Resort in Orlando). These properties are flagged up on our villa pages to make them easier to identify.

To confirm a booking you must pay the appropriate deposit plus damage-waiver insurance (if required). The final balance is due 60 days prior to your departure. We'll remind you by email when the balance is due.

If you are booking within 60 days of departure full payment is required at the time of booking.

If you book one of our Flex properties you can get a full discount if you choose to cancel, up to 14 days before check in with Flex14 or up to 30 days before check in with Flex30. Read more about Top Villas Flex.
