In most cases, your villa information pack will be sent to you 7–14 days before your arrival. 

If you book less than two weeks before the start of your trip, the information pack will usually be sent to you immediately.

If there is less than a week to go before your stay and you have still not received the information pack then please contact us and we will arrange for it to be sent to you.
