Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any of our villas.

For the comfort and safety of guests and homeowners, all villas have a strict no-smoking policy unless otherwise stated.

Guests may smoke and vape outside the homes, however all cigarette waste must be disposed of in a safe and tidy manner. If guests are found to have smoked or vaped inside the vacation home, the full security deposit will be forfeited to cover the costs of cleaning and fumigating the home.
